Rest easy JL

Josh was one of the most goal driven people I had ever met. Pushing his physical and mental abilities at all times.

Life is strange, especially right now. Throughout my journey in life thus far I have met some amazing people, and some not so amazing people. One of the better people I have met is Josh Lewis. From a random run in at the infamous I street trails in SLC to creating amazing images and an encouraging friendship, Josh and I had been friends for the better part of a decade. Today I learned of his passing from Ronny G. I introduced Ronny ad Josh many years ago, and as Ronny told me today, from that day forward Josh treated him as a close friend. Thats who Josh was. Larger than life with a zest for that life. I was lucky to call Josh a friend. He was always sure to send messages when I traveled for racing, and would always check in on times of hardship. I was also lucky to create with Josh a couple of times. More or less be his subject for whatever his creative mind conjured up. Damn. Rest easy my friend.

Bringing back the days when racers would wear gear to the trails for photo shoots. This photo was a photo Josh shot used for media in prep for my first world champs in Denmark.

Posting for hopes to never lose these.
